A Lindenhurst man faces an assault charge following a fight at a Babylon bar early Saturday morning, police said.
Vincent Mangione, 19, punched a man in the face at about 3:50 a.m. at Mary Carroll's on Deer Park Avenue, police said. The victim suffered broken bones to his face and was taken to the hospital, police said.
Mangione was arrested at the scene and charged with third degree assault. He was arraigned on Saturday and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on June 7.
