What's Open & Closed in Babylon: Thanksgiving & Black Friday

Thanksgiving means turkey, family, football and lots of closed public places for the holiday. We've compiled a list of known places that will be either opened or closed on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday – feel free to add yours if did not include it by writing us a comment below!

Thanksgiving Day, November 22nd

• All U.S. Government buildings, including Babylon Village Hall, will be closed for the holiday.
• U.S. Postal Service, including delivery, is closed.
• Most businesses throughout the area are closed for the holiday.
  • Natural Blends will be open during its a.m. hours for business.
• Emergency services, such as hospitals and police stations, are, of course, open. Most hospitals are using the Emergency Room only!
• Public Libraries are closed for the holiday.

Black Friday, November 23rd

• Babylon Village Hall will be reopened.
• The Babylon Public Library will reopen for service.
• The West Babylon Library will remain closed.
• Many businesses throughout the area are open for business:
