Two Winning Lottery Tickets Sold In West Babylon

WEST BABYLON, NY —West Babylon may not have had a"white" Christmas this year, but two lucky people received a green future.

The New York Lottery announced that a winning TAKE 5 Top-Prize ticket worth $11,838 from a midday drawing was sold on December 24 at Procita C&G, located at 944 Little East Neck Road in West Babylon. The winning numbers are 2-6-27-28-38.

The other lucky ticket — a second-prize Cash4Life ticket worth $1,000 a day for life —was purchased at 7-Eleven located at 675 Sunrise Highway on December 25. The winning numbers for the drawing were 08-09-16-33-38 and Cash Ball 1.

TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. A Lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.

The numbers for the Cash4Life game are drawn from a field of one to 60. The Cash Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to four. The daily Cash4Life drawing takes place around 9 p.m. A Cash4Life prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
