Furthermore, every board is designed for flavor, balance, and visual appeal. Boards are available in multiple sizes, made fresh to order, and include gluten free options, making them ideal for office catering, parties, celebrations, and special events throughout Long Island.

Customers can choose from a variety of options, including:

  • Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more – the best way to sample a little of everything.
  • The Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.
  • Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.

Culinary Experience Meets Local Community Connection

Joe Rago, a Long Island native, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and built a career spanning more than 30 years in top restaurants across New York City, New Orleans, and Key West.

Meanwhile, Amy Rago is a speech-language pathologist who also spent more than two decades working in the restaurant industry. Together, the couple enjoys supporting their son in swimming and baseball activities. Additionally, Joe coaches his son’s baseball team, while Amy enjoys baking and experimenting with new recipes.

Beyond business ownership, the Ragos are active supporters of Carol’s Senior Sanctuary Pet Rescue, demonstrating their commitment to the local community.
