BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN — A woman was beaten by a group of men who attacked her on a Bed-Stuy street and took the shoes from her feet, authorities said.

It's the second time in a week a young woman was violently assaulted and robbed of her shoes by a large group in Brooklyn.

Video of the first such assault in Crown Heights on March 5 prompted outrage and at least seven teenagers' arrests. One teen took the 15-year-old victim's shoes from her feet.

Police rounded up those teenage suspects over the weekend, about the time the second victim, 26, started to walk home from a beauty parlor in Bed-Stuy, police said.

The woman ran into a group of "six to eight men" at Patchen Avenue and Bainbridge Street on Sunday at about 3:54 a.m., authorities said. The men punched, kicked and stomped the woman before taking her shoes and bag, which had her wallet inside, police said.
