The Bedford Green Shopping Center, located on Route 117, has been purchased by Acadia Realty Trust, according to Westchester County Business Journal.
Acadia Realty Trust, a White Plains real estate investment company, bought the shopping center for close to $47 million dollars. The 120,000 square foot shopping center recently got a facelift, including a new façade, new sidewalks, Belgium block curbs and parking lot islands.
The shopping center is anchored by the Shop Rite grocery store and Vine & Co. wine and spirits shop at 747 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, NY.
