John Jay players win Class A football awards

Numerous John Jay players, led by Class A Defensive Player of the Year Declan Myer, were recognized for their efforts this season by the LoHud Varsity Insider.

Along with Myer, Danny Caiola, Jack Lambert and Ryan Sanders were named to the all-conference team.

Bedford recreation has hoops for kids

The Town of Bedford recreation department is having a basketball basics program for boys and girls in grades 2-4.

County Center to host cheerleading invitational

The Westchester County Center in White Plains will host the 63rd Annual Westchester County Cheerleading Invitational on Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 21 and 22.
