John Jay overcame visiting Harrison 2-1. Diogo Antunes scored both goals for the Indians with teammate Jared Egeler making six saves.

Field hockey
Fox Lane was looking to go into the postseason on a high note and did just that with a 1-0 triumph at Horace Greeley.
Sydney Rozins scored the only goal of the game with Nicole Johnston assisting. Keely Connors was able to blank the Quakers on the strength of seven saves.
As for the postseason, the seeds for the Section 1 tournament will be determined today. The outbracket-games are Thursday and opening-round games are Friday.
Girls tennis

Volleyball
Both local squads came away with victories as visiting Fox Lane was victorious against Ossining 3-2 (23-25, 25-15, 25-14, 15-25, 25-10) while host John Jay was able to blank Greeley 3-0 (25-21, 25-14, 25-22).
