BEDFORD COMMUNITY THEATRE ANNOUNCES AUDITIONS FOR “HAIRSPRAY” with music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Scott Wittman and Marc Shaiman and a book by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan, based on the 1988 John Waters film. Directed by John Thompson, Produced by June O’Neill and Teresa Donkin, Musical Direction by Matt Vanacoro and Choreography by Jessica Bittner.
Children 12 and over, teens and adults welcome to audition.
Performances November 11, 12, 13, 18, 19 & 20

Tuesday September 6 @ 5:00PM - 10:00PM - Dance auditions will start at 7:00
Wednesday September 7 @ 6:00PM - Completion - Dance auditions will start at 7:00
Callbacks on Thursday September 8 6:00PM - Completion
Bring sheet music and come prepared to sing an up-tempo song (16-32 bars), and also to dance. You may also be asked to read from the script. An accompanist will be provided. Also please bring a headshot and resume if you have them.
Auditions will be held at the Bedford Hills Community House, 74 Main Street in Bedford Hills NY.
