Part II of a free lecture series, Viva Verdi!, regarding the operas of Giuseppe Verdi will be held at the Mt. Kisco Public Library, 100 Main St., Mt. Kisco, NY, on Mondays at 2:00 pm starting on April 25 and ending on July 18, 2011. The operas to be presented in their order in the series are (1) Les Vepres Siciliennes, Arnold, and Simon Bochanegra, (2) Un Ballo un Maschera, (3) La Forze del Destino, (4) Don Carlo, (5) Aida, (6) Otello and Falstaff. The series will be presented by a member of the Board of Directors of Taconic Opera. Registration is not required.
