Teens & tweens, ages 10 to 18, submit a picture (nature, people, building, structures, etc.) of Katonah & Westchester and submit it to katref@wlsmail.org as a jpeg, gif, tiff, pdf. Please provide your age, name and telephone number. Only 1 picture may be submitted per person, but you may change the picture until August 5th. There will be loads of prizes for the winners in the two categories
