Richard Serra Drawing: A Retrospective at the Met

Meet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art for a private docent tour of the first ever Richard Serra drawing retrospective.  Serra’s drawings have played a crucial role in his work for more than forty years, yet they have not been as widely recognized as his sculptures.  See how Serra radically changed the practice and definition of drawing through his monumentally scaled works as well as his invented drawing techniques.  This trip complements the KMA exhibition Drawn/Taped/Burned, which features two drawings by Serra.

Prepaid reservations required.  $30 members, $40 non-members
