John Jay Middle School presents its spring musical The Drowsy Chaperone. The hilarious show-within-a-show begins when a die-hard musical fan plays her favorite cast album, a 1928 smash hit called “The Drowsy Chaperone” and the show magically bursts to life. It features a comic cast of characters involved in a delightfully silly series of misadventures.

Show Dates: Tuesday, March 13 (dress rehearsal) at 5 p.m., Thursday, March 15 at 7 p.m., Friday, March 16 at 7 p.m.and Saturday, March 17 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Tickets: For sale during lunch in the JJMS cafeteria from Thursday, March 8 - Wednesday, March 14 and in the JJMS theatre lobby before each of the performances. Tickets are $10.00 each. Tickets for the dress rehearsal are $5 each.
