A 34-year-old male former guard at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility was arrested Tuesday on a felony charge of third-degree Criminal Sex Act for allegedly having sex with a female inmate at the prison, according to state police.Bronx resident Rasheen A. Smalls was arrested following a joint investigation by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, Office of Special Investigations, and the New York State Police.Smalls is alleged to have had sex with the inmate in July of this year, and he resigned from the corrections division in October, according to state police.He was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear before the Town of Bedford Justice Court on December 30 at 7 p.m.

The Glass House

Enjoy a rare opportunity to explore The Glass House and its grounds during the&nbsp;Golden Hour.&nbsp;This special two-hour guided tour offers a&nbsp;golden-hour experience&nbsp;of the site and its many distinct architectural landmarks. In addition, see how the&nbsp;lighting design by Richard Kelly&nbsp;– a pioneer and master of modern architectural lighting and a collaborator with Philip Johnson and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe –&nbsp;transforms the Glass House&nbsp;as the sun sinks in the sky.
This tour runs&nbsp;two hours&nbsp;in duration and is formulated to facilitate&nbsp;photography for personal use.&nbsp;It includes access to the Glass House, Brick House, Painting Gallery, Sculpture Gallery, and Da Monsta, with a&nbsp;three-quarter mile walk over paved, grass, and gravel paths.

This tour runs&nbsp;rain or shine.&nbsp;All&nbsp;ticket sales are final.&nbsp;No refunds will be issued, but tickets may be transferred to another date or program.
All&nbsp;tours depart from the Glass House Visitor Center + Design Store&nbsp;located at 199 Elm Street, New Canaan, CT 06840. Visitors are transported to the site in a shuttle which departs promptly.
