That was the case for star boys basketball player Will Trawick.
Trawick was all over the basket and the boards when the Foxes played at Horace Greeley Jan. 6 and won 74-64.

Trawick had his dream game by scoring a game-high 37 points while grabbing 16 rebounds.
It's a performance like that which shows why he will be playing at Emory University, a Division III powerhouse, next season.
Greeley's Harrison Brown had a strong game with 22 points and seven rebounds.

Brewster beats John Jay
John Jay and Brewster entered their ice-hockey game very excited to play one another, since it was one of the most anticipated games of the Section 1 season Jan. 7 at the Brewster Ice Arena.
Very often games with that type of build up don't live up to the hype but this one did.
The two teams played to a 5-5 tie in regulation with Joe Wegwerth's goal in overtime giving Brewster a thrilling 6-5 triumph.

Foxes win on ice
It was a thriller for Fox Lane and its fans as it defeated visiting Somers/North Salem 2-1 in overtime in ice hockey on Jan. 6.
