Graswald, Convicted Of Killing Fiancé, To Be Released From Prison
She was released early because of time served.

BEDFORD, NY — Angelika Graswald, who was convicted in the 2015 death of her fiancé, will be released from prison Thursday. She was sentenced in Orange County Court Nov. 8 for criminally negligent homicide in the death of Vincent Viafore.
Graswald was incarcerated at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility after her sentencing, but before that, she was in the Orange County Jail, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
Time served counted toward her sentence of 1-1/3 to four years.
