Hudson Valley Couple Wins $10M Lottery Prize

HYDE PARK, NY — A Poughkeepsie couple will take home $10 million, having won the top prize of the New York Lottery instant game “$10,000,000 Cash.”

Lottery officials said the couple will receive an over-size prize check for the money at a presentation Thursday, March 9 at the Stewart’s Shop on Albany Post Road (Route 9) in Hyde Park.

Yolanda Vega will be on hand to present the prize winners their check at 2 p.m.

In addition to the prize presentation, there will be Lottery promotional events from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Stewart’s Shops will offer 50-cent single scoop ice cream cones all day at the 3648 Albany Post Road location.

“$10,000,000 Cash” is the Lottery’s 50th anniversary instant game.
