Letter to the Editor: Objector to Marist Band Inauguration Plans Should Have Stated Liberal Leanings
The author of the letter describes herself as an educator and independent voter.

I just read the Letter to the Editor written by Rev. Ray Bagnuolo urging Marist College band not to participate in the President-elect Trump's Inauguration.
I believe that in the interest of full disclosure he should have stated that he is a Presbyterian minister from White Plains, was at odds with his own church over gay issues, supported Hillary Clinton (Clinton had her campaign offices in White Plains) and a host of ultra-liberal left causes and participated in groups that sought to delegitimize the Trump election by advocating recounts and influencing electoral college electors.

Since his last name is Italian and wrote it as a Marist alum, anyone reading the letter might assume that he is Catholic and represents mainstream Catholic views. That is a gross misrepresentation.
