Lincoln Center Honors Katonah Resident
The first Lincoln Center Founding Legends Hall of Fame was announced.

One of the first Lincoln Center Founding Legends Hall of Fame honorees is a Lewisboro resident—Bernard Gersten, according to the Lewisboro Ledger.
Gersten was joined in the honor by such arts legends as Louis Armstrong, Leonard Bernstein, Placido Domingo, Yo-Yo Ma, Audra McDonald, Beverly Sills and Harold Prince, said Playbill.
Gersten was the executive producer of Lincoln Center Theater from 1985, when it was established, until he retired in 2013.

During his tenure there were such productions as “Golden Boy,” “Six Degrees of Separation,” “The House of Blue Leaves” and “Anything Goes,” according to Gersten’s bio at ltc.org.
