• New bus keeps Bedford's seniors on the move (halstonmedia.com) — Bedford seniors now have a new, wheelchair-accessible recreation bus providing daily rides to programs at the Bedford Community House and local outings, thanks to a $100,000 state grant. The 14-passenger vehicle replaces a smaller, less accessible bus and will also occasionally support North East Westchester Special Recreation, expanding inclusive transportation options for residents with disabilities.
