Suspect in Conn. Sex Abuse Case Arrested in South Salem
The arrest was made by New York State Police.

A Danbury man accused of sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl was arrested by New York State Police in South Salem on Friday.
According to Danbury police, Arturo Hernandez, 36, is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. A warrant for Hernandez was issued as the result of an investigation by Danbury Police’s special victims unit.

Hernandez was given a $50,000 bond and is currently awaiting extradition to Connecticut.
