SJC Website Wins Three Education Marketing Digital Awards

St. Joseph's College's newly redesigned website has been recognized by the Education Digital Marketing Awards (EDMA).

St. Joseph’s College (SJC) is pleased to announce that its newly redesigned website has been awarded a gold award and two merit awards for “Best Institutional Website” in the Second Annual Education Digital Marketing Awards (EDMA).

“The College is honored to be recognized by our peers for this prestigious award,” said Nancy Connors, vice president for institutional advancement at SJC. “If we have effectively relayed the College’s mission, and it appears that we have, then we have been successful.”

The awards recognize the best educational websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media and social media. A national panel of industry specialists reviews each entry and judges its creativity, marketing execution, message impact, technology application and innovation content in 30 categories. Awards are given to entrants who have displayed exceptional quality, creativity and message effectiveness. In addition to SJC, winners included Purdue, Sacred Heart and Notre Dame universities, as well as the universities of Wisconsin and Iowa.

SJC launched its newly rebranded website earlier this year. The project, which was the result of a yearlong collaborative process designed to showcase the College’s two distinct campuses and varied offerings.
