"This accident was a devastating way to start the New Years 2019," Govan wrote on the page. "Taekwon wasn’t a trouble kid, he was a good boy who loved video games and his skate board."
The goal of the page is to raise a total of $5,000. As of Wednesday, a total of $290 has been raised.
