Hutchinson River Restoration Project is participating in Riverkeeper’s annual Riverkeeper Sweep. Volunteers will clean up this coastal forest and tidal wetland habitat, tackling the plastic bottles and debris that continue to wash up along the shoreline. Late Arrivals Welcome.
What We Provide
HRRP will provide water, snacks, sunscreen, and bug spray.
Boots are available upon request—please email melissasw@hutchinsonriver.org in advance if you need a pair.
What to Wear
Please wear long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes.
A hat is recommended to help minimize sun exposure.

The site is easily accessible via the BX12 or BX29 buses, by bicycle, or by car.
Limited car parking is available at the ballfield.
