
EASTCHESTER, NY — Voters in Eastchester went to the polls Tuesday, Nov. 7 for the General Election. There were a number of races to be decided, including a state Supreme Court justice and the next Westchester county executive. Also, there are state proposals and locals races that were decided.

Westchester County Legislator District 10
Incumbent Sheila Marcotte (R, C, I, REF) was defeated by Damon R Maher (D, WEP, WF). Maher received 53 percent of the vote.
Westchester County Legislator District 15
Incumbent Gordon Burrows (R, C, I, REF) won another term in office over Ruth Walter (D, WEP, WF), 54 percent to 46 percent.

Eastchester Supervisor
Incumbent Anthony Colavita (R, C, I, REF) won another term over challenger Michael Denning (D). Colavita received 4,689 votes to Denning's 3,815.
The race for two Eastchester town council seats is unopposed.
