Bronxville Man Signs Contract to Purchase Larchmont Theater
A nearby movie theater chain holds the figurative key to the deal.

BRONXVILLE, NY — There could be another chapter for the Larchmont Playhouse if a Bronxville man gets his way.
Michael DiCosimo, a movie industry pro, signed a contract in November for around $1.3 million to buy the iconic movie house, but its ownership history might throw a wrench into the purchase, the Journal News said.
The problem is that Regal Cinemas, which owns theaters at New Roc City in New Rochelle, has a say in the matter.
