Author Emily Gray Tedrowe at the Bronxville Public Library

Emily Gray Tedrowe, author of Commutors, her first novel, will read from her book and answer questions at the Bronxville Public Library.  Tedrowe is a 1991 Bronxville School graduate, and her first job was at the library, where she shelved books.  Commutors has been named a Target Breakout Book and an IndieBooks Next Notable pick.  Tedrowe's short stories have been published in several literary magazines, including Fiftytwostories.com, Crab Orchard Review, and Other Voices.  Tedrowe is the recipient of an Illinois Arts Council Literary Award, as well as fellowships from VCCA and Ragdale, and a scholoarship from Sewanee Writers Conference.
