Contestants will each conduct a 20-minute cooking demonstration that showcases their specific talents in the kitchen. A panel of expert judges will then pick the finalists who will compete for the title on Saturday, January 29th. Contestants will be judged on cooking skills, presentation skills and quality of food produced during the demo.The finals will be judged equally by our panel and by an audience ballot (make sure you bring lots of family and friends!). All finalists will receive a prize- the grand prize winner will receive a $250 Chef Central Gift Card and the coveted title of Chef Central Idol for an entire year.
