Friends of the Bronxville Public Library Host Folk Singer/Songwriter Arlon Bennett

Friends of the Bronxville Public Library are pleased to host folk singer Arlon Bennett.  A performer at many festivals and venues, Mr. Bennett delivers timeless vignettes and melodies in the style of Harry Chapin and vintage James Taylor. As a musical storyteller,  Mr. Bennett says, "I love to paint stories that tell of the everyday and the extraordinary." His latest CD, Summer's Voice was selected by Aquarian Weekly as one of the top ten record releases of 2007 and his song "Be the Change" came in as the 9th most played song on roots radio stations across America. Reception will follow.
