Pushing The Elephant Documentary Presented by The Picture House

PUSHING THE ELEPHANT is an amazing documentary set during the horrific wars in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It follows one woman's story through that nightmare and the forgiveness and  reconciliation that follows. Presented by The Picture House that has partnered with Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville during renovations to its 1921 theater to bring this award-winning documentary for one night only. The evening starts with a complimentary wine reception at 7:00 p.m., followed by the film at 7:30 p.m., and then a special Q&A session with producer Beth Davenport at 9:00 p.m.  Tickets are $15 in advance at  www.picturehouse.org and $18 at the door.
