Rye Town Park Hosting Opening Reception Pary for Tobey Sculpture Show Oct 22. All Invited!

Nearby Rye Town Park will open an exhibition of DavidTobey's welded steel sculpture by their pond on Saturday afternoon, October 22nd from 2-4 with a free andopen to all reception party for the artist. The event willfeature live music by KirkMusic Productions of Westchester's(Cortlandt Manor) jazz quartet "The Pink and Green Cafe";complimentary refreshments and free parking for all guests, and the public is cordially invited to attend.

The sculpture show at the park will run through November17th, and a portion of any proceeds from any  sales willbenefit The Friends of Rye Town Park.

We expect good attendance, so come early to stroll around the park and enjoy the landscape, complimentary snacks & beverages, see the sculpture and the ducks at the pond and at 2:30 attend the  mini-concert. A lot of art and music people are expected to be coming.
