Young at Arts classes take place every day after school at Christ Church Bronxville. While composed of a diverse student body, many who attend Young at Arts come from the Mt. Vernon school system, which recently cut its Fine Arts programs as well as its bus service to Young at Arts in Bronxville. Many of the students attending Young at Arts receive financial aid from the program, and after-school is a crucial time for these children, especially when both parents work out of the home and the child is often left alone. Children receive acting, dancing, singing and instrumental instruction, in addition to spending their down time in a supervised study hall.
