Update: Bronx River Parkway Reopened After Flooding
The closure was at Route 119 C/White Plains.

Updated at 12:10 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2015: The flooding issues that caused the closure Wednesday morning at exit 21 on the Bronx River Parkway have been cleared and the road has been reopened, according to transportation officials.
Original story: The New York Department of Transportation has temporarily closed the northbound section of the Bronx River Parkway at exit 21, officials announced Wednesday morning.
The closure - at Route 119 C/White Plains - is due to roadway flooding conditions. Officials said the closure is expected to remain in effect for two hours, from 9:45 a.m. to just before noon.
