BLOCK PARTY & FLEA MARKET - 25 -35 Parkview Ave (between Pondfield Rd W and Palmer Rd) The 9th annual Garrett Park Neighborhood Association Block Party and Flea Market will be held on Saturday, September 20 (Rain Date- September 21) from 11:00 - 4:00. The event includes flea market tables featuring a wide assortment of fun finds. The grill team will, once again, be offering hot dogs, burgers etc. at nominal prices. Funds raised are used to support neighborhood projects such as the Bridge Gardeners who create and maintain the gardens along the Pondfield Road West and Palmer Road bridges. The Association supports the planters located on the retail portion of Pondfield Road West. The GPNA also collaborates with the Armour Villa and Longvale Homeowners Associations on a variety of common interests and concerns.
