Manhattanville College Plans Annual September 11 Candle Light Vigil

What:

Manhattanville College’s Annual Candle Light Vigil and Stand for Peace. The vigil draws scores of students, faculty, administrators and members of the community for a bagpipe procession with lighted candles, words, songs, and prayers for those who died from the four coordinated terrorist attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001. Half-a-dozen Manhattanville community members lost their lives and will be remembered.

When:

Thursday, September 11, 2014 from 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM.

Where:

The Quad, around the flag pole, and at Reid Castle on the Manhattanville College campus, 2900 Purchase Street, Purchase, NY.

Who:

Members of the Manhattanville College community including students, faculty, staff others. The public is invited.
