The program will also feature School of Business Professor Scott Walsh, who will present a 20-minute power session on “Strategic Talent Management - New Paradigms for Employment in the 21st Century.” Professor Walsh will examine the impact of technological change and global competition on companies’ current talent acquisition and development strategies, and will discuss the implications for new jobseekers’ and current employees’ success in the workplace. Particular emphasis will be placed on the critical role of the “knowledge worker.”

“Our open house events are excellent opportunities to expose prospective students to timely program topics through the expertise of our faculty,” said Dr. Anthony Davidson, dean of the Manhattanville School of Business. “Professor Walsh will be the first in a series of featured speakers at future open houses.”
