• Man Admits To Beating Wife To Death In Brooklyn Home (patch.com) — Brooklyn readers are learning more about a deadly domestic violence case in Bay Ridge, where 47-year-old Mauricio Granda allegedly admitted to fatally beating his wife with a tool inside their 79th Street home. Police found 59-year-old Maria Ines Granda with fatal head trauma, and the medical examiner ruled her death a homicide by blunt force trauma as the investigation continues.
