BASIS Independent Brooklyn school to Host Global Education Panel

Tonight at 7pm, "A New American Dream? The Lessons of Global Benchmarking for Parents and Students"

BASIS Independent Schools, part of the nationally-ranked, world-acclaimed BASIS.ed family of schools, will host a thought leadership panel tonight, Jan. 19, at 7 p.m. at its BASIS Independent Brooklyn campus, 556 Columbia St.

Titled, "A New American Dream? The Lessons of Global Benchmarking for Parents and Students," the discussion will focus on examining the crucial role that benchmarking plays in American education and explore how U.S. students can begin developing skill sets that are suited for the 21st-century economy, technological advances, and rapid globalization.
