Helen Keller Services for the Blind Helps Brighten the Holidays

The Hempstead office of Helen Keller Services for the Blind (HKSB) recently hosted a holiday party for its Day Habilitation Program. Helping to spread the holiday cheer — which included plenty of singing and dancing — was Brentwood resident Corinna Figueroa (center) of HKSB’s Ronkonkoma office. The Day Habilitation Program offers daytime educational and recreational activities for individuals who are developmentally disabled and may be blind or visually impaired or deaf-blind.
