70-Year-Old Woman Found Dead, Tied With Electrical Cord In Brooklyn: Police And Reports
Noreen Mulzac was found lying on the bedroom floor in her Canarsie home Monday afternoon, police said.
CANARSIE, BROOKLYN — A 70-year-old woman was found dead and tied up with an electrical cord in her home Monday afternoon, according to police and reports.
Officers rushed to Noreen Mulzac’s home on Flatlands Third Street near East 108th Street around 2:20 p.m. after a family member found her lying unconscious and called 911, said police.
Mulzac’s daughter found her on the bedroom floor with an electrical cord tied around her legs, according to the Daily News and the New York Post.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation remains ongoing, said police.
