Broadway Junction Groper Grabs And Punches Woman: NYPD

Police have released photos of the man wanted for assaulting a woman at the Broadway Junction subway station in November.

BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for the man who grabbed a woman’s butt then punched her in the face at the Broadway Junction subway station.

The suspect snuck up behind his 21-year-old victim as she rode an escalator near Broadway and Truxton Street around 9 p.m. on Nov. 11, said police.

The man grabbed her buttocks then fled up the escalator, said police.

The woman followed her assaulter to the Manhattan-bound A/C platform and, when she confronted him, he punched her in the face, police said.

The man then jumped on a C train and fled the station, where the woman alerted police and was treated for a cut on her lip, said police.
