Woman Fatally Stabs Boyfriend In Neck In Brownsville, Police Say
Rochelle Watson-Stanley has been charged with murdering her boyfriend in their Howard Avenue home Friday night, said police.

BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN — A Brownsville woman killed her common-law husband by stabbing him in the neck Friday night, said police.
Rochelle Watson-Stanley, 29, was charged with murdering the 51-year-old in their home on Howard Avenue, near Tapscott Street, around 8:20 p.m., police said.
Neighbors heard Watson-Stanley and her partner arguing before the fight turned violent and Watson-Stanley called 911, according to a Pix11 report.

Emergency responders rushed the 51-year-old to a nearby hospital but doctors were unable to save his life, said police.
Watson-Stanley was arrested early Saturday morning and arraigned later that day in Brooklyn Criminal Court, records show. She was remanded on charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

The couple has one child together, said police. Pix11 reported that Watson-Stanley had taken her two children somewhere else before returning home and stabbing her husband.
