Cops Nab Teen's Suspected Killer Year After Brownsville Shooting
It took police 11 months to track down and arrest Jayquan Johnson for the suspected murder of 19-year-old Stephon Henry.
BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN -- A teen's suspected killer was arrested almost one year after the 19-year-old was shot dead in a Brownsville street, police said.
Jayquan Johnson, 22, stands accused of murdering Stephon Henry in the chest near Mother Gaston and Linden boulevards on May 5, 2018, police said.
Emergency responders found Henry and another injured person at about 6:45 p.m. and rushed both to Brookdale Hospital where the teen later died, said police.

Johnson, of Queens, faces charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon after police arrested him Friday night, said police.
Information about Johnson's arraignment was not immediately available.
