East New York Robbers Pummel Man To Steal $300, Cops Say
Two suspects have been identified in the violent robbery that sent a 47-year-old to the hospital last month, police said.

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN -- Cops are looking for two men who brutally attacked and robbed a man on an East New York Street corner.
Police released photos Thursday of two men suspected of robbing a 47-year-old man on the corner of Elton Street and New Lots Avenue at about 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 25.
As one robber grabbed a wallet with $300 in cash, the second repeatedly punched the 47-year-old in the face, said police.

Emergency responders rushed the 47-year-old to Brookdale Hospital where he was treated for two black eyes and cuts on his face, police said.
Police are now looking for the two suspects, whom the describe as a 5-foot 6-inch-tall man last seen wearing a hat, black t-shirt and shorts and a 6-foot-tall man in his late 20s wearing a black Nike hate, black shirt and sweatpants.
