East New York Shooting: Man Charged With Murdering Pair In Car, Police Say
Gary Martin was charged with murdering Christina Stubbs and Devon Hannibal in the front seats of a red Dodge Durango in East New York.

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN β A man who allegedly shot two people dead in a red Dodge Durango in June has been arrested, according to police.
Gary Martin, 33, has been charged with murdering Christina Stubbs, 23, and Devon Hannibal, 27, in the front seats of a car parked on Cleveland Street near Linden Boulevard around 4:45 a.m. on Friday, June 23.
Hannibal, of Brooklyn, was shot several times and Stubbs, of Pompano Beach, Fla., was killed by a single shot, police said.

Police released video footage of two suspects seen in the area before and after the shooting days later.
Martin was arrested Wednesday, two days after police released a photograph of a suspect wearing a gray t-shirt and blue shorts.

Martin was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
Martin is expected to be arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court on Thursday, court records show.
