East New York Teen Shot Dead Outside His Home, Police Say
Clayton Hemingway was killed outside his Wortman Avenue home on Saturday evening, said police.

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — A 16-year-old boy was shot dead outside his home Saturday evening, said police.
Clayton Hemingway was shot multiple times outside his home near Wortman and Van Siclen avenues around 7:50 p.m. Saturday, police said.
Hemingway was rushed to Brookdale Hospital but doctors were unable to save his life, said police.

The teen's uncle Timothy Elijah Hemingway took to Facebook to mourn the loss of his nephew, writing, "C.J., may you rest in peace."
No arrests had been made as of Monday morning, police said.
