East New York Teen's Killer Charged With Murder, Police Say

Ralief Bradford was charged for the death of 16-year-old Justin Richey, one of two teens murdered in Brooklyn on Saturday, police said.

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — The man who shot a 16-year-old boy to death in East New York last weekend has been arrested, said police.

Ralief Bradford, 24, was charged with murdering Justin Richey on the corner Pine Street and Blake Avenues at about 5:10 p.m. on Saturday, police said.

Richey, of East New York was shot several times in the chest and Brookdale Hospital doctors were unable to save his life, said police.

Bradford was arrested Wednesday night and charged with murder, gang assault, and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

Richey was one of two teenagers killed in East New York on Saturday: Parley Oller, 15, was stabbed to death earlier that morning, according to police.
