Jermaine Larmon, 27, was arrested Monday night after he pulled out a gun and shot at his rivals outside a Popeye's outpost on Flatlands Avenue near East 83rd Street around 5:30 p.m. Monday, said police.

The bullet missed its target and hit an 8-year-old girl sitting in the backseat of a van that had stopped at a red light, police said.

Emergency responders rushed the little girl to an area hospital in serious but stable condition, police said.

Larmon, who is expected to be arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court Tuesday, faces charges of attempted murder, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon, according to reports.
