Man Shot Dead In Brownsville Public Housing, Police Say
Raymond Ford, 51, was shot dead inside the Mayor Seth Low houses in Brownsville Tuesday morning, said police.

BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN — A man was shot dead inside a Brownsville public housing development early Tuesday morning, police said.
Emergency responders found Raymond Ford, 51, with gunshot wounds in his leg and torso in the stairwell of the Mayor Seth Low Houses on Belmont Avenue and Powell Street at about 3:50 a.m., police said.
Medics rushed Ford from the 11th floor landing to Brookdale Hospital, but doctors were unable to save his life, said police.

No arrests had been made as of Tuesday morning and the investigation remains ongoing, police said.
