Man Shot In Head Behind East New York Apartment Complex: Cops
A Shot Spotter alert helped police find the victim, a 29-year-old man, who was shot in the head near Lincoln Avenue Sunday night, cops said.
EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — Police found a man shot in the head Sunday night after an NYPD Shot Spotter sent out an alert, officials said.
The 29-year-old man appears to have been shot behind an apartment complex on Lincoln and Dumont avenues shortly after 10 p.m., police said.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene but were unable to save the man's life, said police.
